20 Pettygrove

Hello, I've been a resident at Pettygrove Apartments for the past 3 years almost now, and without a doubt it has been the best experience renting. The staff, the maintenance team, local atmosphere, location and people are all very respectable and nice. The current manager for the apartments has done a fantastic job handling all of the discrepancies and minor issues our building has dealt with whether it be from an elevator needing to be fixed or something minor like broken internet. The amenities provided in the lobby are a great welcome with the coffee machine and candy. The rec room to workout in has been a nice addition as well in regards to keeping the body healthy. Lastly the location and atmosphere is very quaint with a bistro connected to the building and a nice pizzeria across the block with other bars/restaurants scattered nearby as well as a grocery store within walking distance. Pettygrove has really been a pleasant and not so "petty" experience with its people and places!

(accidentally sent my previous review too early, so let's see if this works.) I've lived here about a year and just renewed my lease, the office staff are very quick to answer emails and help with anything you need. For example, a power door button was installed after several residents requested it. My neighbors are very nice, I'm disabled and they have been helpful during fire alarm trips. Maintenance is always very quick, they fixed my broken toilet seat in an hour. The location is great as well, lots of Entertainment and transportation in the area.
