The parking assignments dont make sense. Maintenance is nice, but not prompt and doesnt always address all issues reported. Units are nice, updated, but price still seems high.

Dogs of the following breed are prohibited from the property; Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bulldogs (all variations), Cane Corso, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Dane, Mastiff (all variations), Husky, Pit Bull, Preso Canarios, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf-Hybrid. In addition, a veterinarian must certify the breed of the dog and a record of vaccinations must be provided to the property prior to a dog being allowed on the property. Visiting pets are not allowed without prior written consent from management. Applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each of their pets including service and ESA animals, prior to final application approval. The cost of pet screening is $30 per animal. Completion of the pet profile does not guarantee approval of your animal. Breed restrictions apply. Your pet fees and deposit will be determined once the pet screening profile has been completed.
