Willow Creek

We've been living here for 10 years. The management is currently not available most of the time. We have put in multiple maintenance requests only to have them largely ignored. Parking rules are constantly broken by both residents and their guests. When this has been brought to managements attention, nothing changes. They put up "No Parking Fire Lane" signs and the violators always park directly in front of the signs without any enforcement of the parking rules. We have sent MANY pictures of these violators to management. The ONLY response has been "we'll look into this" and nothing is ever done. We can't understand why it is so hard to call a tow truck. The signs clearly state that any violators may be subject to tow, but that NEVER happens. The neighbors have been allowed to regularly smoke on property even though this is a "No Smoking" property. Our downstairs neighbors have loud parties virtually every weekend but our noise complaints never do any good. We are currently considering looking for another place to live because the astronomical rent raises are not accompanied by an astronomical increase in service - in fact, it has been quite the opposite as the years go by here. This could be a really nice place to live if more attention was paid to the general upkeep and residents concerns and maintenance requests.
