Morningside Manor Apartments

On the whole, Morningside Manor townhomes are average. The location in central Beaverton is great, being close to many businesses and services. However, the fire station down the street and the constant buzz of traffic from a nearby major intersection, make this the noisiest place I've ever lived. The garage and single stall parking are enough for me but not my neighbors, whose vehicles spill out into their driveways and onto the street, making it difficult for the rest of us to navigate. Maintenance leaves something to be desired but is no different than any place else I've rented. I'm constantly having to fight with management to get basic wear-and-tear issues fixed, and have even been asked to pay for certain fixes myself. The one redeeming quality about Morningside Manor townhomes is the cost of rent. They have always been competitive but with inflation, tariffs, and the constant rise in prices of good and services, Morningside Manor has turned into one of the few clean, affordable places to live in Beaverton.
