The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. Food and retail are within walking distance.
Located behind Kohls, Lowes, and Boot Barn, Perrysburg Redwood - Woodmont Drive is a great place to call home.
We have been very pleased with everything here since we moved in in 2020, including management, maintenance, and everything else.
Redwood - Woodmont Drive is also LGBTQIA friendly, and you are permitted to display a garden-size pride flag, but no larger.
As far as I am aware, I have not seen any political signs, flags, or other forms of political advertising.
The neighborhood is designated as a "sleepy" one, meaning it is relatively quiet.
The property manager, Lisa, and the maintenance staff, Jessee, are outstanding.
There are many residents who walk around the apartment complex when the weather is warm, some with their dogs on leashes, some by themselves, and you may also hear or see children playing.
Our internet provider for Redwood - Woodmont Drive is AT&T Fiber, and we have been extremely satisfied with their service and speed.
The cellular provider we use is Verizon Wireless, and we do not experience any service or signal issues in our apartment or anywhere else in the complex, as there is a tower nearby.
