Casa Lucia Senior Apartments

I love living at Casa Lucia! The people here are friencly and very helpful. The noise level is almost non-existent and the staff (when they are here) are good. They need to stick to the business hours that are given on the phone recording of Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 3pm. It is very hard to get in touch with someone in the office or maintenance since they don't keep regular hours, and seem to switch days every week. We need to have the common areas cleaned by an outside cleaning agency. It is starting to look dumpy and not maintained well.

I looked everywhere and did not like anything. This place struck me immediately! I was so happy to get in! I have been here 7 months now. The positives far outweight the negatives. The only negatives really is lack of response because the manager has to manage too many of these places, that makes it harder for residents to get any questions answered. I think she is overloaded. But I really like her. and one other negative, we have been cleaning the common areas ourselves, From what I was told, a few years ago, Wallick provided cleaning, but that was a few years ago. The windows are bad, need cleaning, sidewalk needs power washed, carpets in common areas, hallways need a good clean, floor of elevator and lobby need a good cleaning. I love how residents care about this building because there are several of us cleaning the common areas. We should not have to. :-( Some of us are getting too old for it! Other than that, I love everything else about this place! It's secure, safe, affordable, beautiful building, good location, apartments are much roomier than I imagined and high ceilings giving a larger feel. (at least in my apartment!) I am so happy here!

I love living at Casa Lucia. There is such a family friendly atmosphere! I waited a long time to get into this facility and I have not been disappointed. I highly recommend this apartments to everyone.
