Pebblebrook Apartments

My boyfriend and I lived here about 3 1/2 years and the overall experience was good - but most of the reviews are accurate. You will be able to hear/smell everything your neighbor is doing (very thankful we got the third floor). The dog park in my opinion could be expanded/moved and a water hose would be great for the summer days. The residents should get more punishment for not picking up after their pets (but that's just me being nit-picky). I will say beware some of the older residents, especially ones who walk their dog by driving it around in their car and holding the leash out the window. The apartment itself is pretty nice but it's overpriced (all apartments are in Kent, but this is the nicest one you'll find, trust me). We never had a problem with the staff and maintenance was always friendly and prompt to fix any issues. Extremely convenient to have a Mexican restaurant, gym, drive-in theatre and Walmart within walking distance. The train that is behind the complex is quite loud at times, but nothing crazy. The pool is well-kept and so are the grounds. I always felt safe being outside at night. Overall I would give it a 9/10 for rating, all things considered this is one of the best apartment complexes you'll find in the Kent/Ravenna area.
