Park Hill Apartments is a beautiful, well managed residential complex with a great management team. It's location, close expressway is very convenient. The property is kept clean and it feels quite safe to live here. If there are maintenance needs, they are promptly attended to. The Swimming pool and recreation areas are well kept and are frequently used by the residents.

This is one of the nicest apartments I've lived in! Clean, safe, close to everything! Staff responds quickly when there are problems, they are knowledgeable and competent. We have lived here 3.5 years and love it! Only drawback is having noisy heavy footed neighbors above us.

I have lived in this apartment for about 1.5 years. The building is not brand new, but it is well maintained and I am satisfied with it. What I like most about this apartment is the staff. I first moved into this apartment after coming from overseas and the staff was extremely helpful and the process was smooth. Also, when I had a problem, they were quick to respond and excellent.
