Honestly this is one of the nicest areas in Elyria to live. Management and maintenance are incredibly helpful and kind. Neighbors are to themselves but friendly. Quiet neighborhood.

I have been here less than a month and in this short time I have been quite impressed with how it feels to live here. Coming from a big city with noise everywhere I was surprised at how little noise is here at this apartment complex. The only noise I have is from my upstairs neighbor which is to be expected. Parking is great, there has never been an issue of finding a spot even coming home late at night. Trash dumpsters are plentiful so there is never a worry about it being full which I had at my old place. If I was to complain about anything would be the kitchen which is pretty lacking. Apartment is dated but provides everything one would need in their day to day. As a bonus my apartment comes with it's own entryway. Overall I would highly recommend living here.
