The prices which they will make you sign during the lease stage of the renting process is not the prices that they advertise on the internet for their specific units and bedrooms. The tours they give potential clients are not the actual units you will be residing in. I know many tenants who were not shown or given the OPPORTUNITY to see the unit they would actually be renting. I myself asked and was DENIED for the reason that the unit needed to be "turned" and when I saw the unit was moritifed at how unsanitary it was. This place has underhanded business ethics and immoral business practices. Not an apartment complex you want to be a resident of at all.

When I first moved in rent was a little over $500 a month it has more than doubled for a new apartment now.
They have absolutely done some very nice renovations to the apartments, the pool and general landscaping, Projects ongoing.
The place is nice and well located (A township, no city tax!) But most of what I value about the place was there when I moved in years ago.

Give notice before visiting apartments, so renters can have a sense of privacy. Maintenace visited without prior notice and broke some electrical items.
Also, late fees are charged immediately after 30 days; management should be lenient when collecting rent. Give at least 5 days grace period before charging late payment.
Reduce late fee charges, times are hard and renters should not be overly charged for not making payments when it's due.
Finally, stop increasing rent.
