The Bell

After living here for a full year it is not worth it at all. It is nice to look at but once you experience the power outtages, the heat being broken in the winter, the air breaking in the summer. Showers flooding, everything breaking. You will reconsider. Majority of those who have moved in did not renew their lease. They unfortunately did not care enough to compensate people and try to get people to stay so the turnover rate isnt so bad. I don’t recommend it unless you are never here, just so you don’t experience the flooding, Power outages, bad wifi that they make you keep(not good for gaming at all), not to mention getting stuck in the elevator because it will break down.

I have lived here for a few months now. I truly like living at the Bell. I wish the rooftop would have stay opened all year around, living in cleveland we are very aware of the highwinds so when it is now closed because of that it sucked! That is one of the things they used to get people here was mention how the rooftop is open all year around and the hotub will be opened as well.I would not have moved here they would have told me it would not be open all year around because our windows do not open, so that is the only way to get fresh air while still being in your building. I do like it here besides that. The parking is not ideal. I do wish parking was included in rent, but it is an extra $250 a month for parking at the Bell. There is limited parking (60 spaces) so you would have to be put on the waitlist to even get parking which i am currently on. With not being able to park at the Bell.. There are a few options of parking around here but it is very dangerous and scary to walk down the alley at night, and you also have to pay $250 a month. There have already been break ins with people cars parking on the street and in the back alley its truly scary because if someone decided to come back (which people have) someone who is walking to their apartment might see them and now they are in danger. Its little stuff like that that i wish apartments thought about. Yes we have security 24 hours but they arent there to protect your car, nor can they see in the alley. This is a new apartment building so i am giving them a lot of grace on things but if they want to keep people here, they need to do more. The community here is small and when you do see someone we tend to ask questions and a lot of people mention they are unsure of staying because of the lack of amentities and we all thought this place would have so much more to offer than a view. So hopefully things pick up soon!
