It was the first apartment building constructed in Cleveland with an elevator! High ceilings, tall windows, deep crown and base moldings, pocket doors, and hardwoods enhance each apartment. The building has 24 units, each with two bedrooms (one large bedroom and one smaller one.) Secure access building with private off-street parking. On site laundry facilities. Rent includes heat, hot water, water, sewer and trash as well as free parking.

There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300.
