Twin Pines

The community has received mixed reviews, with recent feedback generally positive towards management and staff, who are described as helpful and accommodating. Some residents appreciate the property's security features, such as surveillance and controlled access, as well as the overall cleanliness and orderliness of public spaces. The renovated units are noted for their modern appearance, with updated fixtures including ceiling fans and stainless steel appliances. However, there are concerns about the quality of the renovations, with some aspects described as feeling cheap, such as the laminate flooring and shower paneling. These materials are perceived to potentially lead to issues over time. Feedback on specific staff interactions is mixed, with one review highlighting satisfactory experiences, while another mentions rudeness from a staff member. The lack of amenities like a fitness room or pool is noted by some residents. Noise issues related to neighboring tenants were mentioned, though these appear to be isolated incidents. Overall, the property seems to cater well to those who value modern aesthetics and security, though the durability of materials and lack of certain amenities may be considerations for potential renters.
