The Bad:
There needs to be a limit to how many cars a tenant can own/park in the parking lot (One neighbor in my complex owns four, and parks them all in our parking lot) I often have to drive to the next building just to find a parking spot.
The value for the apartment itself isn't worth it, since rent keeps raising every year, washing and drying laundry is a necessity, in an effort to save money I only wash my clothes once every two weeks and air dry them in my unit. Tenants have little courtesy of their neighbors. I often hear them yelling or slamming doors/cabinets from my apartment.
The Good:
The Staff and Maintenance crew are friendly enough, and the location is hard to move away from, which is why we're moving to a cheaper apartment complex 5 minutes away from where I'm currently renting.
