The noise problem is severe. I moved in at the end of June 2026. The dryer was broken from the start, and repairs took a month. I was unable to sleep because the resident downstairs would make noise late into the night; although the management company issued a warning, the noise persists on weekends. Furthermore, during heavy rain late last month, the loud sound of rain from the adjacent apartment reverberated in my bedroom, forcing me to evacuate. The management company stated that since the noise originated from the neighboring building, there was nothing they could do about it. Does this mean I must evacuate my family every time there is heavy rain? My apartment did not provide an environment where a tenant could live safely and comfortably from the outset. None of the parties involved—the management company, the real estate agency, or the landlord—disclosed any of this information prior to the contract. It is unreasonable to pay high rent while living in fear of noise every time it rains heavily, and I am currently considering moving out.

The building is generally nice and well-maintained, and it’s also very clean. The staff is excellent and professional. However, the noise issue on the 8th floor absolutely needs to be solved. This isn’t entirely the residents’ fault, as the game room has been placed right in front of the apartments. It seems to be used as a space where everyone gathers to have fun, and all the noise ends up echoing into the 8th-floor units. Additionally, I’ve often noticed this area being used as a children’s playroom. My suggestion is to convert this space into a reading area, similar to the one on the 9th floor, and relocate the game machines to the lounge. I’d like to thank the building management for their efforts in listening to residents' concerns and their commitment to providing better services.
