Reviews summary

Hudson Harbour Apartments generally receive positive feedback for their convenient location, quiet environment, and friendly community. Many residents appreciate the proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and Route 9, emphasizing the easy access to daily necessities. The area is described as peaceful with friendly neighbors, making it appealing for families and professionals who value a serene living space. The complex is well-regarded for its green surroundings, walking paths, and proximity to public parks, offering a pleasant atmosphere for outdoor activities. However, maintenance services are a notable concern, with several residents mentioning slow responses to repair requests and incomplete resolutions to ongoing issues. This has been a persistent theme, despite some reports of improvements in maintenance responsiveness. Grounds maintenance is another area residents feel could be improved, with specific mentions of potholes and goose droppings affecting the cleanliness and appeal of the property. The fitness center and laundry facilities are noted to be small and could benefit from updates. Despite these concerns, the staff, particularly Patricia, receive praise for their professionalism and friendly demeanor. These factors make Hudson Harbour Apartments an attractive option for those seeking a conveniently located and quiet community, although potential renters should consider the noted maintenance challenges.
