Mostly quiet and peaceful. The management is very responsive when we report issues. They are alway available. The apartment was very well renovated when we moved in. Plenty of parking stalls.

Rent is too high for Ithaca. Gas heater is old and noisy. Water pressure is not great. Garage door is not automatic. Most everything else is ok.
