Reviews summary

Twin Lakes receives mixed reviews with a notable emphasis on its prime location and well-maintained grounds, which many residents appreciate as peaceful and conveniently located near amenities and services. The community is described as family-friendly with good neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere. However, a significant number of reviews highlight ongoing issues with maintenance, noting delayed response times for repairs and poor communication from management. These challenges appear to persist despite some residents noting that emergency maintenance is occasionally handled efficiently. For families, the presence of recreational facilities such as tennis and basketball courts is a positive point. Young professionals and remote workers might find the location beneficial due to its proximity to dining and shopping options. However, noise disturbances and parking difficulties are mentioned by some residents, impacting overall satisfaction. Although staff responsiveness and community management receive mixed feedback, the on-site amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, remain favorable aspects of the property for many.
