Rentcafe doesn’t work, you can turn on autopay but it never works. Got a $100 parking ticket now that there is no parking for the building. People continuously steal packages from outside and inside the mailroom immediately after packages are delivered. Noise levels are bad. Rent is high.

I would not recommend renting through Gold Wynn based on my experience.
Communication was consistently poor throughout my tenancy. Phone calls were never answered, and it often took three or four follow-up emails over several weeks to get any kind of response. This lack of responsiveness became especially concerning when it came to safety and maintenance issues.
For example, the main door to the building was broken and would not lock for months. Despite repeated requests, this issue was not addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, there were multiple instances where mail delivery was disrupted due to management not updating or fixing post office keys. During these periods, tenants were not informed of the issue or given any updates, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
The building itself, while marketed as a mansion, is quite old and not well maintained. Noise travels very easily, and you can hear nearly everything your neighbors are doing, which significantly impacts privacy and comfort.
What made the experience more disappointing was the contrast between the leasing process and actual management. The leasing agents were personable and responsive, which set expectations that were not met once the lease began.
Overall, the lack of communication, delayed maintenance, and poor upkeep made this a frustrating experience.

I like this place, though it's been under so many different people in my time here..
The main complaints are I think are just the amount work that is needed regarding hot water and elevators.
Also I really wish we just had better amenities overall (especially security and better washer dryer systems.)
But the area is amazing and you truly can't beat that.
New management is trying really hard to change how everything works and is perceived so I appreciate it

The dog poop and continual cleanliness therein is the real issue. Owners sincerely don't diligently follow prescribed guidelines in this regard. I've had to pause at times as well, when dogs have been not/off leash and I'm encountered.
