Pets allowed. Our current pet policies include a Non-Refundable Pet Fee. $300 per dog and $200 per cat. There are two pets per apartment allowed. -Pet Restrictions and Restricted Dog Breeds Acceptable species include dogs, cats, fish, and birds. Exotic species are not permitted. Any pet with a PetScreening Fido Score below 3 will not be accepted. Dogs that are either mixed or purebreds of the following are restricted: Ankita, Alaskan Malamute,Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier,American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordhire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard,Shar Pei, Mastiffs and Siberian Husky. No weight or age restrictions. Maximum allowable # of pets in each apartment are 2. Any animal which causes a noise disruption will not be able to remain in the apartment. Residents with large fish tanks over 50 gallons must show proof of renters insurance with a special rider that covers damages of premises due to fish tank leakage of spills. We strive to provide mutual accountability and responsibility for the benefit of all our residents. It’s imperative that all our applicants and residents fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies. This ensures we have formalized pet- and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records, creating greater mutual accountability. We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to comply with the property's pet and animal policies, even if they do not have a pet or animal.
