At 2850 Webster Avenue, we welcome small pets in accordance with our community guidelines to ensure a safe, healthy, and respectful living environment for all residents. Permitted Pets: Cats and small dogs (under 40 lbs.) Birds and fish (in appropriate enclosures) Service animals and emotional support animals are permitted in compliance with applicable laws, regardless of size or breed Pet Guidelines: Limit of one pet per household All pets must be registered with management upon move-in or acquisition Proof of current vaccinations and applicable licenses required Pets must be house-trained and non-aggressive Dogs must be leashed in all common areas Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors Pet Deposit: None Additional Notes: Management reserves the right to deny or revoke pet privileges if community guidelines are not followed Noise complaints or aggressive behavior may result in a reassessment of pet residency For questions or to register your pet, please contact the management office.
