Any optional or waivable fees will be clearly identified in the leasing process with instructions on how to decline them.
Optional one-time required fees due at or before move-in include a variable pet fee, if selected, based on the number of pets. Security Deposit may vary based on screening results, but will not exceed the legal maximum.

My experience living here is good. But we need a patrol on a regular basis. People are in the garbage areas going thru the trash. Also motorcycles and cars racing through the parking lots late night. Also the apartments needs weather windows. And better insulation. Weather stripping and etc.. anything to keep drafts from coming through

I like the accessibility of the apartment, the quiet ambience of the community the friendly staff. Just a feedback on some issues, I noticed that the recycling bin outside has been always full and overflowing. It seems that it has not been picked up for few days. Second is the coffee lounge where coffee machines are not working. Thank you.

Office staff and maintenance team is fantastic. Major reason why I am still here after 3 years. The other reasons are location, fair rent and, did I mention the great staff! Everything you could possibly need is within 2 miles in either direction from groceries, dining, pharmacy, doctor, dentist. Maintenace crew is fast and courteous for anything you need. Just don't rent the lower apartment if you can. These apartments are older than others and the construction between floors is one of the worst I have ever experienced. It is a shame because everything else is so great, but you hear every footstep and creak from the upstairs tenant. Of all the great benefits of living here, it will be the floors between apartments that finally make me move out.
