Dolce by the Lakes

I have lived here for two years I still have maintenance issues that haven't been corrected in a year and a half when I moved in I had at least three dozen work orders this was not rent ready last year I asked for a transfer I was denied so I had to start over as a new tenant found out later that wasn't true I could do a transfer a few months ago I had a major spine surgery I asked for a transfer all the apartments were rented on specials to three to $400 less than I'm paying I am a senior citizen and disabled my full-time work I now work from home I haven't gotten any help example a month ago I asked for a dryer hose it's so hot when you walk in the bathroom the heat hit two in the face you need to pass out I called a couple weeks later they said we closed out your work order why so I have a long list and a folder full of emails documentation I can give my money to the court and hold it till they fix everything but why because then I don't have the money it's held up in court to move so before anybody asked me why don't I move it also is two times the rent to move I've spent almost $50,000 to live here and rent and haven't gotten any help very sad I thought this was gonna be our home for a few years while my son finished high school
