I have now lived at Capistrano pines will be three years ,The staff and manager Gabby are amazing people, as well as all maintenance, feels like family, they treat all of the residence with dignity, and respect, you could not find a more humble place in Henderson to be, of you need a smile or even a sit down talk they are always willing to be here for all of us, Beautiful flowers and landscape is what i enjoy and look forward to, Long time staff maintenance workers always keep places so nice, keep doing a Great job! Office always remembers your birthdays with a potluck style birth once a month for all residents, and stays on top of all things, willing to always lend a hand, fixes items in timely and professional maner, thank you helping hands for having amazing workers on this property at capastrano pines Keep up the Good work and Thank you

Lived here ~3 years. However, the back gate area is an eyesore since it has no trees/shade. On sunny days the heat reflects off the rocks making it even hotter. A few shade trees would go a long way to alleviate that and enhance the appearance of the area to be more befitting of a place called Capistrano Pines! I looks like once upon a time there were trees there anyway...
