Only thing maintenance cares about is whether or not your housekeeping is up to their standards. I have things that I've put work orders in for and still waiting 6 months later. I refuse to put in anymore

Love most of my neighbors, the maintenance never completes the work orders I put in, and there's never anywhere for my guests to park because some of the other occupants have 3 or more cars.

It's advertised that there is air conditioning and there isn't. There was advertising that there were ice maker fidges when my family moved in and there's definitely not. Cheapest of all appliances, electrical outlets barely work and many many other issues. Some neighbors are great, others not at all!
