There’s a lot to love about living in Morristown. First, it’s so charming – like in a good Northeastern kind of way, with darling shops, tree-lined streets, beautiful historic homes, great restaurants, and gorgeous greens. Morristown is every bit as lovely as it sounds, and its charm is what separates it from your typical New Jersey town.
That’s what makes Alister Morristown so perfect. Our location is divinely close to downtown Morristown – a lovely stroll, in fact – plus great schools, shopping, dining, the whole nine. Here, you'll enjoy convenient access to Jacob Ford Park and Patriots’ Path – perfect for daily dose of fresh air. We’re home to our fair share of Fortune 500 companies and enjoy an easy connection to I-287, I-80 and Route 202, so commuting is a breeze. And if you work in the city, perfect. The NJ Transit Rail is a short trip from your front door, making Penn Station just an hour away by train.
Plus, there’s an added bonus: we've reimagined the interiors of the apartments and townhomes, including designer-inspired upgrades like quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, updated lighting, fixtures, and open floor plans. In addition, we've done a complete overhaul of the original 1948 hardwood flooring, and added microwaves, washers, and dryers to every home.
And best of all, you can have everything a great Morristown lifestyle has to offer – the apartment and the location – all at a great value. So, when you’re ready to make the move, come to Alister Morristown. And live the (very) good life.

Has been a convent location to down town. Parking is not the easiest and doesn't have many amenities, but the pricing you cant beat for location

Great location, walkable distance to Morristown downtown, however, depending where your apartment is you will hear highway noise. One issue to note is a lack of storage space in apartments, especially 1 bed.

I would say, overall in this price range not much you can find in Morristown (at the time i am writhing this 1bed is 2,4-2,5 k and 2 bed is 2,8-3 k). Rent includes heating and water and trash. The apartments are on the smaller side with very little storage. The actual neighborhood is safe and depending how far from the highway you are is quiet. Walking distance to the train station and Morristown downtown.
Amenities are minimal, that is you get the gas grills. Parking may be a problem as well, especially if you work late.
Overall, i would say combined location, the neighborhood and quality this is ok place to be.
