Location, people, and staff are great! Everyone is friendly, the noise is minimal, and the layouts of apartments are comfortbale yet spacious

Kathy is a great property manager! The tiered pricing on parkibgfor current tenants vs. new is not fair, however. Older tenants are paying more for their garages than new tenants.

Parking is very hard to fine. Washer and dryer outsated only one per building and its coing oprated. Not everyone has coins on them.

I'm moving out because I accepted a job out of state. Otherwise, I would have stayed. This is a wonderful complex. I highly recommend it to all.
