I moved in in late April 2026 and have not had a moment's regret. The complex is beautifully maintained and the buildings are secure. The pool, grill area, and outdoor patio are, to me, reminiscent of some five star resorts on the Mexican Riviera (with the exception that José isn't coming around periodically with drinks).
My apartment is spacious, gets amazing natural light, and has everything I could ask for. Good appliances (I did replace the dishwasher because I got spoiled at my old house), in-unit laundry, huge closets, fabulous kitchen layout.
Amenities are great. The clubhouse is gorgeous (missing a kitchen area for catered gatherings but there are workarounds for that). The gym has everything you need, and the yoga room is an added plus.
I was fortunate enough to get a parking spot under the building with a dedicated storage unit right in front, so no more brushing snow off the car or dashing in the rain.
The complex is eminently walkable and secure. Brightly lit at night and cameras everywhere.
Easy access to many shopping areas as well as restaurants.
I'll admit that downsizing from 1850 sq ft to 1200 was a challenge as well as a bit of a rude awakening (so much stuff!) but my decision to come here was the best I've made in a long time. It was the only complex I toured that grabbed me at first sight.
