New tenant

Very effecient move in process and management responds urgently to questions

A lot could be better

Amenities like the gym have become impossible to use because of the LACK of hygiene of the people who live in this building. Some men, specifically men of different cultures do NOT shower or have any knowledge of what deodorant is. Besides that, people cook and leave the doors open... they never heard of cracking the window. We ALL have to smell their food, the onions, and whatever else they want the building to smell like. The garbage rooms are VERY self explanatory, YET, some of the residents just love to throw their open bags of mixed trash on the floor of that room which make it the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. NOT only day, some very beautiful residents leave their garbage bags by their door for the night. I can point many other problems...
