I have lived here for 2 years and first thing that I struggle with is the fact that "amenities" are constantly marketed as an option to live here however there are ZERO amenities available. There is however, constant construction for more units so noise level is the worst. The people we have met that work with management are indeed extremely nice and professional. That being said, paying close to $3k a month is not worth it. Parking is ok, not the greatest but ok. Unit has all steel appliances that are not the greatest. Ice maker on the refrigerator has not worked properly since we moved in. They replaced the part, worked for a couple of days and it's broken again. Response to maintenance issues is by far the worse.
Also, even if you give 2 months notice, they will not let you out of the lease so be weary of that. We are waiting for ours to end in order to move out. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Signed,
Exhausted and broke!!

Bad property manager before moving in. Poor apartment design. No window in the front. Bathtub is almost in the garage

I am writing a quick review due to several ongoing issues regarding my apartment to your attention. Given the premium rent and the property's marketing as a luxury development, the current condition of my unit does not meet the expected standards. Please review the following items.
HVAC Failure: The air conditioning unit is malfunctioning. I set the thermostat to 72°F, but the ambient temperature continues to rise rapidly, moving from 74°F to 80°F within 15 minutes.
Electrical / Appliance Issue: The dryer routinely trips the circuit breaker and shuts down after only two consecutive loads, indicating a potential electrical or appliance defect.
Garage Entry Door: The entry door from the garage to my apartment continues to stick badly due to the adhesive weatherproofing tape previously applied to block drafts.
Sound Insulation Deficiencies: Despite the property being advertised as having soundproof walls, the insulation between units is inadequate. My master bedroom shares a wall with the adjacent master bedroom, and I can clearly hear regular nighttime conversations after 11:00 PM and low-volume music filtering directly through the wall.
Cosmetic and Construction Defects: There are permanent paint drips and construction debris on my entrance door that cannot be wiped away easily. Additionally, the stone facade tiling around my entryway has poorly aligned, incorrect cuts that compromise the aesthetic of the entrance.
Please contact me if you have any questions. I welcome a discussion regarding the structural and cosmetic concerns outlined above.
