I have lived here for four months. It is a great apartment with good neighbors. I like the ability to get things like groceries or Amazon delivered without a hassle. This is especially helpful since I don't drive anymore. If I ever need to get somewhere by car, there is a reliable taxi service ten minutes away. The maintenance men and staff s are very helpful, and sometimes there are events like Mother's Day flowers or a Middle eastern dinner with music. The pool and community rooms are always clean, as are the restrooms by the pool. They have excellent showers for when you get out of the water. here is a Panera across the street which is good for a light lunch. There salad stuffer wraps are excellent but expensive. Twelve dollars for a salad wrap is little too much. There is also a great pizza place within walking distance. It is probably easy to get to NYC via public transportation, but I haven't tried it yet. Just about everything I need is along Grande Ave or near it. There is never any noise, no lud music at any hour, although there is a quiet time in the building; You can't do construction or listen to the TV loud in the middle of the night. Everyone is friendly and considerate around the pool. No one ever leaves garbage around for someone else to pick up. The garden and grounds are well maintained, but I wish they'd outlaw leaf blowers (LOL). Lived here for about a year and location is great. Pros: Amenities, sauna, pool, and gym are nice. Concierge staff always helpful and friendly. Maintenance staff always friendly Cons: Not much storage space. Fire alarm goes off often due to maintenance and tests. My unit (second floor) was very noisy from the air compressor below and it cannot be fixed. Messy and loud tenants Very limited guest parking that is metered
