I am writing to formally document ongoing concerns regarding the conduct of our upstairs neighbor in Unit F7. We reside in Unit F8 (downstairs) and believe we are being unfairly targeted through repeated complaints that continue to result in warnings from property management. We have young children, including toddlers, and while we make every effort to be respectful of our neighbors, some level of noise associated with normal child activity is unavoidable. Despite this, our neighbor continues to submit complaints regarding routine household living activities. At the same time, the neighbor in Unit F7 regularly plays music throughout the day and creates significant noise through heavy foot traffic and stomping. He has also voiced objections to us having guests at our home and has complained about guests taking personal phone calls outside in the yard, which we believe are reasonable and permitted activities. The frequency and nature of these complaints have created a stressful living environment for our family and are beginning to feel more like harassment than legitimate concerns. We respectfully request that management review this situation objectively and address the ongoing pattern of complaints. If this behavior continues and we are unable to live peacefully without constant complaints and warnings, we will be forced to reconsider our tenancy and may have no choice but to leave the property. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a fair resolution.

lived here about a year. no ammenities--I don't even have a dishwasher. the staff is not good, not attentive. my apartment regularly runs at a temp of around 82 degrees. I have to run my air conditioner continually as I live on the first floow.

Location is great. Price of Rent is great for the area. The parking lot could be improved especially where trees are coving parking spaces and vistor"s space should be marked where to park. Snow removal is poor in the winter regarding parking lot. We should have cone placement when we clean our space until lot is completely clean. The laundry room needs new equipment, cleaned every night and should have a ramp going down to this area for safety reasons. Carrying laundry baskets on steps that need improvement is dangerous. If improvement is needed is our apartments we should have a form that we can submit to the Super and then he can forward to main office for approval. Then we should have a follow up response regarding our improvement request.

Parking is not a good situation. We have several tenants who own Commercial Vehicles and theses Vehicles should be parked at their own private garages because it causes problems with our parking situation. Also in the Winter it would be a pleasant situation if we could have cone parking. This would make a better situation because the plowing in parking area is not always cleaned early enough for tenants to go to work and we are shoveling ourselves out. If we shovel we should have that space until the parking lot is well cleaned and snow is total removed to pavement during the winter months. This is a reoccurring and not pleasant issue to deal with all winter. I have clean several parking spaces next to mine because as soon as I pull out someone is taking a clean spot.
