Been here almost 5ys every year rent increase without any justification appartment is the same size appliance same sisnce I toke over the appartment it's just a 4% increase I got lucky couple of years back having parking spot after was a nightmare but guess what this is also getting 31% increase with not reason not justifications When it snows takes hours for a truck to move the snow. No EV chargers nothing to be added to the lot so why the increase? It's the market rate. What market we are the only non gated location in the area . Just can't wait to get a down-payment for a house

Nice apartments

Apartments are great. I really like the location. The rent keeps going up alot every year i think too much.

Ver cold place during winter time

I can’t give a high score review to this place, because there is a very significant reason for this: it’s extremely cold apartment to live in. During winter months I have been measuring and recording the everyday temperatures inside the apartment, and there is a verdict: average temperaure over 60+/- days was around 60 F. The lowest temperature I had during windy and cold days was around 52 F. During cold weeks of winter the temperature was never above 70 F. Yes, there is a wonderful maintainance people who helped with heater’s adjustments, but I think this is the issue with the quality of building itself in keeping comfortable temperaure during wintertime. It makes you very irritable when over weeks you have to wake up, live, sleep in cold apartment.
