Dakota - Stanley

Been living here 10 months. For the most part, neighbors are friendly. Haven't had any maintenance issues needed for my apartment. Its all good. Only concerns I have is the 60 days' notice to vacate as it is difficult to find another place open in 60 days or have a new place held for 60 days. Additionally, after 6 months my rent increased. My next 6 months is due soon and I am hoping it doesn't increase again.

Very Disrespectful Neighbors

I have been here 2 1/2 months, and I am ready to give my notice. I had to move my tv into my bedroom because I could not hear it when I tried to watch it in my living room. If it's not loud music, its loud gaming or loud movies. All the animals in the apartment building are more respectful. The noise starts early in the morning and continues into late at night. Not impressed. I submit complaints but nothing changes. The building management provided letters to all tenants to respect their neighbors but nope, no change. I signed a 6-month lease, and I will be giving my notice as soon as I am able. It is not fair that I pay rent for a whole apartment, but I have to seclude myself in my bedroom just to watch tv. Not good. I would not recommend anyone to move into the apartment that I am in. It seems the ones who breaks rules have more rights than those who don't break rules.
