The maintenance team has always been amazing to work with. However, the maintenance of this property is beyond deplorable at times (NOT maintenance team's fault, they are severely understaffed). I have to remind the office yearly to bring us deicer, along with NONE of the sidewalks entering the building ever being shoveled. If they are by the plow team, they utilize a Bobcat/skid steer loader to drag across the snow so it compacts all the snow down for it to be a chore to try and shovel away. We are lucky if the parking lot is even plowed by 2PM during the winter. Along with this, the dog park is an amazing addition that has kept me around, however whomever else uses it may or may not pick up their dogs fecal matter. So no matter what I am usually in there picking up MULTIPLE piles of fecal matter whom do not belong to my pets. The public laundry room is functional, however do not expect them to keep the washers cleaned. Unsure if they have ever done proper maintenance upkeep on either of them but they at least work. The floor of the laundry room hasn't been cleaned since I moved in three years ago, and looks to not have been cleaned prior to that even. Also, this last year (2025) they decided to repaint the hallways and place new lighting fixtures in the hallways as well. The lights are fine, but it took over a week for the smell of wet paint to leave the hallways and my own apartment(couldn't open windows, they did this in the middle of winter). They have now tried to increase my rent due to these "updates" which don't even affect my living (the previous lighting was fine, and if anything the carpets in the halls needed replacing rather than landlord-style paint job). When I moved in as well, there were ash burns in my carpeting that I brought up and wanted replaced prior to moving in and that was denied. The price of the apartment is still on the cheaper side, but asking a bit much for a place that doesn't care about their residents nor listen to their voicemail
