We have had a good experience living here since summer of 2012. Cleaners come and vacuum the halls, stairs and landings each week, and clean the windows in entry areas. There is a garage for each of the 18 apartments. I park in our garage, though many tenants use the parking spaces in the drive-through. It is convenient to use one of the parking spaces near the back entrance when carrying groceries into apartments. There is a laundry on each of the three floors. It is operated using a card provided by a card which can be easily recharged in the laundry room using your own credit or debit card. Maintenance of plumbing, kitchen appliances, closet doors, etc. can be quickly be arranged for by calling Goldmark maintenance. Maintenance workers are friendly and show up within a day or two. Quicker if it is an emergency, such as a plumbing leak. Heat and air conditioning is controlled within each apartment, so tenants can generally achieve their own comfort levels in their apartments. The location has several advantages. A nice grocery store is just across the street, as is Deek's Pizza. A new restaurant is right next door and a gas station is just across the street, too. Fargo downtown business area is about 10 blocks away, including the Post Office. West Acres and access to both Interstates is not much further to drive.
