If you want to hear every door close and the scent of pot so strong it makes you dizzy, this is your building! The door below me slams so hard, my floor shakes and I can hear it with the TV on in the living room. I have made countless complaints only to get every excuse. Every time it snows, I am stuck inside my apartment because I cant leave the parking lot(in a newer vehicle) because I would get stuck. A few times I have had to call in sick into work because the snow isnt cleared within 24-36 hours or even a timely manner. I have had to shovel myself out from my garage to the street just to make it to work. If it snows on the weekend? forget going to work! You better find a good series to watch on Netflix.
The staff sound scripted and are dishonest, just to make a quick buck and to get another body in the building. If you need pot or other drugs, this building is also right up your alley! Of course though, according to management, there is no drug activity allowed in Goldmark buildings. Any member of Law Enforcement can tell you otherwise, though.
As soon as my lease is up in July, I will never rent from another Goldmark management company again. Ive always paid on time, my apartment is clean and we are quiet, any Landlord would love to have us. My apartment is overpriced for needing some updates( and rent will be raised if I renew my lease)The bathroom sink smells moldy and the cupboards along with the counters need to be replaced.
The good? Steve with maintenance is awesome at his job with the few things I've need to have replaced.
If you are a college student, this might be the place. If you have a family, go somewhere else.
