Reserve at Blake Farm Phase II

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I’ve received at my apartment community The Reserve At Blake Farm managed by Bell Partners. Recently, I encountered a small issue that required attention and the involvement of the corporate office. I brought the matter to the attention of both Jason and Sydney, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and promptness. Sydney immediately reached out to the corporate office and, in just minutes, had a resolution for me. Their quick action and efficient communication made the entire process seamless. I truly appreciate living in a community where the staff genuinely cares and responds so quickly to residents’ needs. Thank you, Jason and Sydney, for going above and beyond!

The insides are very nice just messy finish and looks rushed. Neighboors are very loud above us and across the hallway and to the left of our door, those neigbors are messy and gross and leave their dogs dropping out in the hall. Feels its a bit much for a 1 bedroom but not by much especially for the amout of amenities there are The maintenance and staff is outstanding. Great job!
