Abbington Oaks

Ive been a resident since the doors opened. At first, everything was great. But we've seen a high turnover in management and maintenance. Plus, the state is in the process of 4-laning Rt 211. Won't be finished until at least 2028. Even before that started, we've had problems pulling out onto Rt 211. Several accidents. Once, twice in 2 hr period. We need a light!! I still like where I'm at but the before mentioned problems are becoming a serious concern.

I have lived at Abbington Oaks Apts since they opened the doors...almost 8yrs. The general maintenance could be better. What im referring to is keeping dumpster area clear . Also, pet policy needs to be updated and abided by. Also, there NEEDS to be a traffic light at our entrance. Too many accidents.

I have lived here since the day they open. I've seen a lot of changes...some good, some not so good. Currently, we have people residing here that have been banned because of police calls about them. We have dogs who have not been approved for, even ones that the owners don't keep on a leash. They are not cleaning up after them. We have changed managers change so much that the people breaking these rules think they do not have to abide by rules because we get someone new in the office.
