I have lived here going on 2 years and loved it initially. No problems with maintenance. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their job and willing to share that knowledge. Had some disturbing issues with management as to our move in (apartment was not ready for move in needless to say). That was eventually resolved, and that manager is no longer here. Mostly enjoyable neighbors, but management does very little to help with unruly neighbors even though they state that is priority on their list. Police usually take about 10 to 15 minutes if you call them for noise complaints, but they will respond. Unfortunately, you can't choose your neighbors so you live the best way you can with them. But we have met some really nice neighbors here. The amenities are sufficient. I love the new coffee machine that was installed here. Cookies and snacks are usually available. First come first serve when it comes to decent beverages in the refrigerator. Nice pool and office staff are decent now that management has changed. Haven't taken advantage of the movie room yet, but it is really nice setup there.
