The Hudson

This March will be 10 years that my family and I have lived here. We have seen so many people come and go. It seems each year we get a new management company and with that comes changes and increased rent. Once my rent increased by 300 extra dollars when I renewed my lease. Not sure why, there had been no updates done to my apartment and no changes on my end. My only complaint thus far with this new management company is that they removed one of our trash dumpters on Heather Ridge Dr. This makes the other two overflow and it just looks trashy. I understand that trash bins can be an eye soar but its even worse when people overflow the dumpster and even put furniture in front of the dumpsters so the sanitation department is not able to pick up the trash. My other complaint is the wild kids that run the playground. They are very obnoxiously loud, they ride their bicycles all around my vehicles, they curse loudly. Late at night teenagers go sit on the kids slide and apparently smoke something that is surely not a cigarette. Overall, we have enjoyed living here but this place has went downhill in the past 5 years.
