I’ve been living in this luxury apartment community for a while now, and while there are definitely some nice features, I do feel it’s overpriced for what you get. The apartment itself is spacious with beautiful hardwood floors, granite countertops, and an overall upscale feel—no complaints there. The location is also a major plus—it’s super convenient to everything I need. That said, parking is a real issue. It’s hard to find a spot close to my building, and the fact that they don’t offer assigned parking makes it even more frustrating. The pool and clubhouse are both very nice, but unfortunately, the clubhouse isn’t open in the evenings, which is disappointing. The noise level is tolerable—I rarely hear my neighbors next door, but I do hear the people above me. The staff is friendly enough for rhe most part. One thing I really don’t like is being forced to pay for trash services and other miscellaneous fees. I think those charges should be optional, not mandatory. Overall, it’s a decent place to live, but for the price, I expected more.

I am in my third year and when I first moved in the breezeways, stairs and hallways were alway kept up-that has not been the case especially for the last 6 mo or so. There are xmas tree needles all over our bld. as well as other nasty things laying around. For the amount of rent we pay this place should be immacuate as it used to be. Tenants leaving dog poop everywhere. Parking is out of control. There should be a spot for each apt. The staff is wonderful and address issues quickly. The location is great.
