Great maintenance team, but inconsistent management and questionable value made my experience frustrating.
The biggest positive is maintenance—they’re fast, friendly, and professional. They even give treats to dogs, which makes a noticeable difference. Kimmy was great during move-in, and Brie has also been helpful.
That said, at around $1,400/month (including water, internet, and pet fees, with electric separate), the unit is basic. There’s no dishwasher or in-unit laundry, and residents rely on a single shared washer/dryer costing about $7–10 per use.
The property itself is inconsistently maintained. Trash and pet waste are noticeable, and interior materials like flooring and paint don’t hold up well.
A major issue was inconsistent rule enforcement. I had small, well-maintained plants outside my patio and was told to remove them (which I did), but similar setups still exist at other units. I had also been told by maintenance this was acceptable, which made it confusing.
I also discovered my signed lease was not in their system due to staff turnover. I only found out when my key card stopped working and had to provide my own copy to fix it.
Additionally, a single late payment escalated to a court filing. Even though it was resolved, I was still served papers at my residence, which felt excessive.
There are also strict aesthetic rules (like curtain color) while more important quality-of-life issues seem less prioritized.
Overall, maintenance and some staff stand out, but inconsistent management and communication significantly impact the experience.
