Sidney Apartments

Over the years, my experience living here has had its share of highs and lows. Unfortunately, the most persistent problem has been the management of dogs within the complex. Many of the animals are far too large for apartment living and often poorly behaved. It’s not uncommon to see them defecate directly outside the front doors, which is both unpleasant and unsanitary. In one instance, there was dog waste left in the hallway outside my apartment door that remained unaddressed for four days before it was finally cleaned. Maintenance is another area that falls short. The front door locks on both buildings have been broken for nearly two years, raising serious security and safety concerns. Landscaping and general upkeep are also lacking — the grounds frequently appear neglected, with minimal attention to basic yard maintenance. While there have been a few positive aspects over the years, the ongoing neglect in maintenance and cleanliness has made the overall living experience increasingly disappointing.
