Courtyard Apartments

When I first moved into Courtyard Apartments, I noticed that the units themselves appear to be thrown together very quickly. I noticed the craftsmanship was not that of a skilled labor professional. It wasn't long after being there I realized that the rules are somewhat of guidelines and not expected to be followed through I noticed other tenants chronically breaking these rules that were outlined in my lease. Reporting to management seemed like a dead end. Therefore I stopped reporting. Parking is not assigned, which actually seems to be a good thing but also a bad thing which means cars get broken into pretty frequently oh, there is no security camera footage or security at all on the premise. The laundry facilities is not adequate to meet the needs of the apartment complex nor the amount of people that resides there. And it's normal for the washers typically break down once or twice a month. They usually smell, the laundry room itself is filled with trash brimming over on a regular basis. I've seen multiple drug deals happen in this Courtyard people climb in and out of Windows yeah absolutely nothing done about it... It's just another typical becoming run-down apartment complex in Kalispell. My own unit has been cared for very lovingly however are you can tell other units have not had the same care. There are spaces between the drywall and the floor where contractors covered up their Mess by putting cheap inexpensive stick on baseboards which sink in in that space. You can't really have higher expectations for units other than you get what you pay for
