I have lived here since April 2021. Things went a lot smoother when Gina was in charge. She enforced rules like making sure residents only had two guests at the pool and this year a family and their eight screaming children friends have kind of taken it over. Also I miss the old coffee machine… but otherwise I love the inside of my apartment and have no complaints about the actual living space. This place is just too expensive to live to have any flaws (cleanliness, doors that don’t shut all of the way etc.).
