Unless previously approved by the Director of Operations, Pet Fee’s will be calculated as follows: One pet 25 pounds or under: $250.00 One pet over 25 pounds: $300.00 Two pets: $400.00 As noted above this is a non refundable fee and will not be returned. Pet Fees are due PRIOR to move or on lease renewal if being added at that time. Pets may NOT be added during the term of the lease, and if a non approved pet is found to be residing on property by management, it will will result in a lease violation requiring removal of the pet and a $500 Fine.
