Parking lots take forever to be plowed if at all, handicap people like me struggle with high snow-covered ice ruts. For the last 2 weeks I've had to listen to a fire alarm in the hallway go off with a high pitch beep giving my support animal anxiety. I don't believe any office personal or maintenance ever do walk throughs to make sure things are in working order. They charge you 2026 rent for late 90s early 2000s appliances and cabinets. Instead of having you signing another lease they will raise you rent per month to month and tell you its because of Maintenance and things but, yet cant even plow the parking lot. The snowstorm we had right before new year's it took them 2 weeks to get someone out and plow. Very disappointed because it's a nice quite area. May start looking for a new place.
