Living at Heritage Manor has been such a great experience! From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff here are truly top-tier — Ann Mealy and Dakota Belisle go above and beyond to keep residents informed and supported. They’re always communicating clearly, especially about property updates or inspections, and they consistently do it with kindness and professionalism. I also appreciate the little touches, like the complimentary snacks and coffee in the office — it makes stopping by feel like visiting friends. They even remind you if you’ve got a package waiting, which is such a thoughtful gesture. The maintenance team deserves a shout-out too! They’re always working hard, zooming around on their golf carts, and still manage to greet everyone with a warm smile. Every time they’ve come to my unit, they’ve been polite, respectful, and efficient. I have a dog, and it means a lot to me that Heritage Manor is so pet-friendly. The dog park is a favorite spot for both of us — safe, clean, and a fun place to play. I also love spending time by the pool, which is always clean and inviting. The new lounge chairs, basketball hoop, and gorgeous plants make it even better. And the outdoor grills are perfect for hosting get-togethers with friends and family.
