Wazuweeta Woods is a beautiful apartment complex in Pine Island complete with spacious indoor and outdoor community spaces. Garages are available at an additional fee. Lloyd Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy. UTILITIES Residents are responsible for all utility charges.
